I came in last Monday to have my tires rotated and balanced. I sat at the window & my vehicle ended up right in front of me. I watched as the employee moved my front tire to the rear without balancing. I called it to the nearest employee's attention, and he addressed it, but if I had not been sitting there they would have gotten away with the short cut they were trying to take. Over the weekend I did a lot of travel that resulted in damage to my front driver's side tire. Unfortunately they were not able to repair it, so I purchased two new ones to be installed. I also agreed to their "free" alignment check. I got my receipt via email at 10:48. Not bad since they had said it would be done by 10:40. They didn't call me, so about 15 minutes later I asked about it. I was informed that the vehicle currently getting the alignment checked was about finished and mine was next. About 15 minutes later a different vehicle had been put on for the alignment check in front of mine. So the "free" alignment check was costing much time. Have been a long time customer and I'm starting to really consider going somewhere else. 2 times now we taken a vehicle in for tire rotations and told we would be out at X time. The stated time pass by 20 mins and said vehicle has not been touched but people whom came in after us have got their cars and left. Come on Discount Tire DO BETTER.

Horrible customer service and inexperienced workers. Went in for a simple flat repair and left with a bent rim. Technicians struggled to break the bead on the tire and must have hit the rim with the bead breaker and pry bar. 2026 Ram 1500 Tungsten 22” inch wheels and the so called manager aka service writer wanted to argue and threaten me. Waiting to hear from their regional office. Would not recommend. Kyle the link below you sent does not work.

I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Discount Tire. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain my options without any pressure, and made sure I understood what would work best for my vehicle and budget. Great customer service (Thank you, Alex!). Great turn around time. Clean lobby and bathrooms. Love that I can schedule my appointment online — and free patching/repair service on the tires we bought from them. Five stars!!
